We offer convenient online registration via the Jackrabbit portal. Simply use the link below to sign up for a new account or to log-in to your existing account. If you have any questions or difficulties registering, email us at info@bayareadances.com. We will be happy to help you.
New Students
Click the REGISTER button and complete all required information. Debit or credit card information is securely encrypted and stored for future payments. A credit card is required for all accounts, but no charges will be made until the student is officially enrolled in a class.
Your card will not be charged immediately unless you are enrolled in autopay (automatic payments). To sign up for autopay, please fill out and drop-off or email the autopay form HERE.
Please note:
The parent portal may not immediately reflect your correct monthly tuition. Tuition for the school year program is billed on the 1st of each month. A $25 late fee will apply to any payment not received by the 10th. On the 11th, we will process the card on file to cover both tuition and the late fee.
If tuition is unpaid for two consecutive months, your dancer will be dropped from all classes, and a $15 re-enrollment fee will apply.
We will not charge your card without your consent unless tuition remains unpaid past the due date or open charges are over 30 days old.
We will not run your card without consent unless you fail to pay tuition on time or have open charges that are over a month old.
Class changes:
All class adds and drops must be submitted in writing. Please email us at info@bayareadances.com if you wish to add or drop a class. Classes must be dropped prior to the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for that month’s tuition.
Additional notes:
Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of the number of classes in a month, including holidays or student absences. No refunds will be issued.
